Terms of Service

Permitted use

You may use public materials to evaluate YembiPay and use authenticated services only under credentials and permissions issued to your organization. You are responsible for authorized operators, credential protection, request accuracy, and compliance with applicable agreements and laws.

Prohibited use

• Accessing another organization’s data or testing authorization boundaries without written permission.
• Submitting unlawful, deceptive, sanctioned, abusive, malicious, or unauthorized transactions.
• Attempting to bypass rate limits, security controls, evidence requirements, or service restrictions.
• Placing API keys, beneficiary bank data, or other secrets in public forms or URLs.

Service state and availability

Sandbox, controlled-readiness, and live are distinct states. Website content is not a guarantee that a corridor, rail, currency, limit, or feature is available to your organization. Authenticated API state and signed agreements control.

Transaction responsibility

Submitted, accepted, settled, paid out, reversed, and reconciled are distinct states. Do not retry a value-moving command without the original idempotency key and current authoritative state. Fees, FX, limits, settlement finality, reversals, and support responsibilities are defined in applicable agreements.

Intellectual property

YembiPay and its licensors retain rights in the platform, documentation, designs, marks, and software except where an open-source license or signed agreement states otherwise.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, public materials are provided without promises beyond those in a signed agreement. Applicable warranties, exclusions, liability caps, indemnities, dispute terms, and governing law are defined in that agreement.
